Drova - Forsaken Kin - Added modification DrovaTimeSpeed

Added another modification from the famous Gothic modder neocromicon. This small modification adds time acceleration to the game, as you may know from Gothic mods - or rather from plugins that provide this feature. Press the L button in the game to speed up time (configurable in the settings).

As for the Czech translation and other things, I'll report back soon in other posts.
