Gothic 2: Against All Odds – Monsters (Development Update)

Against All Odds) is a Russian modification currently in development and one of the longest-watched mods in this community. Interestingly, the project is being created by the original authors of the Návraty (The Returns) mod, who now, quite frankly, despise what Návraty has become (specifically referring to New Balance). That's why they're working on a brand-new mod for Gothic 2, aiming to improve and expand the game. You can find more information in the “Mods in Development” section.

Parallel to scripting the storyline, new creatures are being added to the world – both peaceful and hostile – and these still aren’t all the new mobs :)

If you have any ideas for new monsters in Against All Odds, we’d be happy to hear them!

Of course, there could have been a wolf – a creature that had a fundraiser several years ago – but unfortunately, the animator named Bezzio who accepted the money never delivered the work and eventually stopped replying to messages (while continuing to create monsters for other mods). Sadly, it looks like we won’t be seeing the little wolf anytime soon :(
