Gothic 2: New Balance - Added plugin summon_for_everyone + update plugin

Added another plugin to the experimental plugins folder.

This plugin adds the ability for Xardase to learn Hubaxis, Sid from the start of the game! (levelling summons of Necromancer and Summoner) - prices are the same.

Allows you to summon Hubaxis, Sid, Krayt for any class. This plugin also has a couple of config Gothic.ini adjustable values.

Updated experimental plugin unlock_magic from version 1 to version 3:

1. Now Xardas and Creol trade with the protagonist if he is a mage or has learned the first circle of magic.
