Gothic 2: New Balance - Added plugin unlock_magic

Added another plugin to the experimental plugins folder on the New Balance google drive.

I created this mod for myself (plugin author's note).

1. The ability to learn spells from (almost) any teacher.

2. The abilities of the Fire Mage, Guru, and Summoner are available to everyone (fire ticks, Guru's magical power); they may not necessarily work, but they can be learned.

3. Magical unlocking is available as soon as you ask Galahad to teach you magic and learn the first circle.

   
   

For installation: unpack into the Data folder.
