Fixed health regeneration issues with dragons. Dragons now always regenerate, but less than before (on Nightmare +200 health per second). When dragons summon elementals, their regeneration increases by 50% for 7 seconds (while the elementals are alive, the effect continues).
The Swamp Dragon no longer immediately counterattacks after receiving a hit.
Fixed a bug where enemies could get stuck and not react to attacks due to area damage (AoE, explosive arrows, Guru’s 6th Circle spell).
Slightly reduced mana consumption for the shaman's "Wind Gust" skill.
