Fixed a bug that caused learning explosive and magic powders to be dependent on learning fire powder.

Allen will acquire certain items for sale each day. Items will accumulate (they may not appear every day). Maximum 100 days. Selling condition: knowledge of powders at an advanced level, learning at least one powder.
A new type of powder has been added that is effective against undead and demons. It can be learned at the master level of powder knowledge. Requires holy water.
Reduced the price of some powders.
Fixed one bug related to offering quick use spells.
Fixed a bug related to periodic powder damage and periodic spell damage.
