Gothic 2 New Balance - Update 26.12.2023

1. Fixed minor bugs in Spy

2. Fixed a bug causing incorrect damage in some cases when using magic.

3. Added regeneration time for the Disappear (Scout) skill.

4. copies of ini files are now re-created by default (in the system/backup_ini folder), but this now only happens once per day, bMakeIniCopies = 0 to disable making copies of files.

5. Fixed a bug with learning the first potion from Constantine.
