Gothic 2: New Balance - Update 4.11.2024

  1. The Fighter's Potion has been removed. Instead, the hero's base damage will be higher.Gothic difficulty: +15 damage, Nightmare: +10 damage, Extreme Nightmare: +5 damage

  2. The stats of the Swamp Guardians' swords have been slightly improved, and they are now somewhat cheaper.

  3. Fixed: an error when learning one of the Dark Knight's skills.

  4. Fixed: an issue with enemy health regeneration in the "Wrath of Beliar" plugin.

  5. Fixed: an animation bug when using the "Potion of Fall Protection.

  6. Fixed: an error where an enemy with a bow could freeze at the start of a fight.

  7. Fixed: an issue where freezing might not work on an enemy.

  8. Fixed: a minor bug with displaying notes (the down arrow did not always appear correctly).

  9. Buttons for quick application of item sets have been added to the mod settings. The buttons are active only if the sets are enabled in gothic.ini (bToggleHotbarSets).

  10. Fixed: a bug with totems when using the UAWR texture pack, totems now work.

  11. Belts and amulets can now be changed with a single click without removing the previous item.

  12. The wisp no longer obstructs the hero during conversations with people or interactions with objects.


    Fixes in the "Path of Trials" plugin.


  13. Night bandits no longer use magic scrolls.

  14. Fixed: an issue with spider spit causing a black texture on walls.

  15. Fixed: a bug where night bandits would disappear after a fight.


    Fixes in the "Path of the Damned" plugin.


  16. Improved hitting small/flying enemies for the fist fighter.
