Gothic 2: Nostalgic Edition - Upgrade from version 2.1.7 to version 3.1.8 (latest) + Manual translation

Today I have finished the German-Czech database for Gothic 2, so I can add manual Czech to mods that are in German. Here, our Polish-based version was lagging behind the original version, which we switched to because of this, and it will now be possible to update the mod easily. Manually translated is 75% of the stuff and 25% is google translation. There were quite a few changes between those versions, so I won't list them here.
