Gothic 2: Nostalgy - A promising new modification in development!

This modification is not entirely new—its roots and history go a bit deeper—but you will learn all about it in the full description on our website. It is the nineteenth modification in development being monitored on our site. There are certainly more modifications in development, but I am not aware of them. I also didn’t know about this one until recently when I learned about it thanks to my Polish colleagues from the GothicUp website. This modification aims to expand and enhance the original Gothic 2: Night of the Raven in the style of an additional expansion pack, introducing a completely new map (similar to Night of the Raven’s Jharkendar).
The new location is called Tymoris, a mysterious archipelago mentioned in Gothic 1, now fully playable. In addition to this, players can look forward to:
✔ Expanded Storyline – A new story full of political intrigue, where the player will determine the fate of two rival factions: the Shield Clan and the Skull Clan.
✔ New Monsters and Wildlife – The game world is enriched with new types of beasts and animals, adding more variety.
✔ Children in Cities – Cities will feel more alive and realistic thanks to the presence of children, something that was missing in the Gothic series until now.
✔ More Depth and Consistency – Improvements to many illogical or underdeveloped aspects of the game, contributing to a better atmosphere.
I will, of course, continue to follow this modification from now on, so all news and updates will appear on the website. In the coming days, I will also add some additional information that did not fit into this description.
