Gothic 2: Odyssee II: Dark Age – New Footage from the Mod

As a lovely Easter surprise, a brand-new trailer featuring gameplay footage from Odyssee II: Dark Age has been released.

In this latest video, the modding team once again showcases a variety of new animations – including horseback riding, pistol combat, and the everyday work of a baker: mixing dough according to a recipe and baking bread.

We also get a glimpse of various buildings and landscapes, offering another small look into the world that players will be able to explore in this upcoming mod. Here is the new trailer:

To continue the storyline of the original Odyssee, the team is working on a sequel to this ambitious modification. Rhobar II is dead, and the resulting power vacuum has thrown the world into chaos. The followers of the gods are searching for ways to restore their power – and so are the followers of Beliar. On the Southern Islands, a new threat is beginning to take shape. The story begins in Gran Puerto, located on Kratos – part of the Southern Islands...
