We've had this texture pack on our New Balance disc for a very long time, but it's been pretty buried in a ton of files and plugins, so I finally made a place for it on the site to possibly get it out to people who haven't played it before and didn't know what it was about.
This texture pack changes the faces of pretty much every NPC in the game - 221 textures in total, tweaking the faces and making them more detailed. I've recently put this texture pack in the same folder as Ultimate Replacer to make it a bit more visible (right on the first page of the New Balance google drive).
This texture pack was released on 10/01/2023, so it replaces the faces of all the NPCs that were in the game at that time.
The texture pack on the site can be found normally in the Texture packs list via the main menu, where the download link leads and where you have of course the image gallery of this texture pack.
