A new locator, aimed at more comfortable and fairer play. It only works with objects located near the hero.
Features:
- Instead of the inappropriate Gothic item icons, the wobbles are now highlighted with an effect. Optionally, highlighting can be turned on only for objects out of direct line of sight or turned off.
- The nearest object is shown in a preview icon with additional information about how many such objects are in the location and the distance to it.
- Unlike the old locator, smooth icon movement of enemies and peaceful NPCs is implemented.
- Optionally, there is a mode where the locator function is unavailable. However, upon reaching a certain level, the hero gains this benefit from Beliar and loses 10% health. (configurable in gothic.ini, default is off)
- Added tree display in Archolos mode
- A normal vein highlighting system has been created for guild modes, which takes into account how much you've already depleted a vein. The hit counters are displayed next to the ore icon. Inexhaustible veins are always highlighted.
It won't work with the old locator, the game won't start. Install only one version.
The default locator on/off is set to the "-" key. This key is located to the left of the Backspace key.
